How it works
- 1.Face-to-face consultation with a prescriber — this is a legal requirement in the UK.
- 2.Your practitioner marks the areas and cleans your skin.
- 3.A few tiny injections with a very fine needle. Most people say it feels like a pinch.
- 4.Results start in 3–5 days and settle fully at around 2 weeks. A review is usually offered.
Aftercare
- Stay upright for 4 hours
- No exercise, saunas or alcohol for 24 hours
- Don't rub the treated area
Who can do it
Botox is a prescription-only medicine. Only book with someone whose prescriber (doctor, nurse, dentist or pharmacist) is registered — we check this before they can list it.
Prices are typical UK ranges to help you plan. Each specialist sets their own price.
