Omnelia is the data controller for personal data you provide. We process it lawfully under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Account: name, email, phone, location.
Verification: ID, insurance certificates, qualifications, DBS (specialists only).
Bookings & payments: appointment history, transaction metadata.
Pet profiles: species, breed, vaccinations, microchip, allergies (for pet bookings).
Usage: device, IP, pages viewed, for security and analytics.

To run the service (contract), to meet legal obligations (verification, tax), and with consent for marketing and non-essential cookies.

With your specialist for bookings, with payment processors, with our cloud hosts. Never sold.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Email privacy@omnelia.com. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Account data while your account is active. Verification records for 7 years (insurance / regulatory). Booking and payment records for 6 years (HMRC).
